Viewing the data - passive access to all information in the system related to transactions and customers

Editing - enables the user to enter, modify and delete data in the system: transactions before authorisation and details in the customers' address books

Approving of transactions - authorisation of orders entered into the system

Modifying FX table - entering daily FX rates into the FX table

Administration of users - adding / deleting users, specifying their rights and limits in the system



In the process of adding a new User to the system the Administrator defines his/her status as Operator, Accountant, Agent, Supervisor or Administrator thus assigning automatically the above specified rights.


Each User authorised to enter or approve orders may be given a specified daily limit to enter and approve transactions as well as a limit per transaction.
